How much does a Novara container home cost?
Base prices range from $58,000 for The Aspen to $310,000 for The Meridian, before site work, delivery distance, permits, and customization. Your final price is confirmed in your deposit invoice, based on your site and choices.
How long does it take to build and deliver?
Most models take roughly 12-16 weeks from finalized design to delivery, though this can shift based on customization, permitting timelines, and current order volume.
Do I need a permit?
In almost all cases, yes. Permit requirements vary significantly by state, county, and municipality. We help you understand what is likely required, but local authorities always have the final say.
Can I customize the layout or finishes?
Yes. Each model is a starting point rather than a fixed template. Common customizations include finish materials, kitchen and bath layouts, additional windows, and exterior color.
Do you deliver and install nationwide?
Yes, we deliver and coordinate installation across all 50 states. Delivery cost varies by distance and site accessibility and is confirmed in your deposit invoice.
Can I use my container home as a rental investment?
Many owners do exactly this. Local short-term-rental regulations vary widely, so we recommend confirming zoning and rental rules in your area before purchasing with rental income in mind.
What is included in the base price?
Base pricing covers the core structure, insulation, standard interior finishes, a functional kitchen and bathroom, and standard electrical and plumbing rough-in. Site work, foundation, utility hookups, delivery, and upgrades are quoted separately.
Do you offer financing?
We do not originate financing directly, but we are happy to point you toward lenders and financing paths that other owners have used once you place an order.
Are container homes durable and insurable?
Novara homes are built on engineered structural steel frames designed for wind and seismic loads. Insurability depends on your insurer and location, so we recommend confirming coverage early in the process.
